Even though The Walking Dead’s season 5 finale will be 90 minutes long, don’t worry about that interfering with the popular discussion show Talking Dead.  As usual, Talking Dead will be on immediately following The Walking Dead, but will be seen 30 minutes later due to the extended episode.

With The Walking Dead looking to have one of its biggest shows ever this Sunday for the season 5 finale, you should also have high expectations for Talking Dead considering the powerful and popular guests that will join host Chris Hardwick on the couch.  He will have some of the most popular cast and crew members on hand to discuss the events of the season 5 finale.

Here are the people that are scheduled to be guests on the show:

Scott Gimple

  • As the showrunner for The Walking Dead, Scott Gimple knows all the ins and outs of what is going on during the program.  He can help explain how scenes were made and some of the stories behind them.  He should be a huge asset to Talking Dead’s couch.

Norman Reedus

  • Arguably the most popular actor on The Walking Dead, Norman Reedus plays the crossbow toting Daryl Dixon.  His character had struggled to adjust to life in Alexandria until Aaron took him under his wing and helped him find a role that was perfect for him.  Daryl looks to have a big part of the show’s storyline on Sunday.

Melissa McBride

  • If Melissa McBride ever tells you to look at the flowers, you should run away as fast as you can.  McBride plays the popular character Carol Peletier on The Walking Dead who has had to make some very difficult decisions and do things that other characters couldn’t do in order to survive. Like Daryl, Carol should have a major role in the season 5 finale.
