Nicotero’s KNB EFX team behind The Walking Dead Comic Con life size Negan line up

Greg Nicotero’s KNB EFX team is responsible for the amazing life-size replicas of the line up that is part of The Walking Dead booth at San Diego International Comic Con 2016.
The Walking Dead booth #4237 has a spectacular attraction for fans. There is a photo opportunity with an RV and Negan with Lucille and Negan’s line up of the 11 apocalypse survivors from our group.
This is not a photo-op in front of a backdrop of a mural, which would be cool enough. These are full size replicas. And they are awesome!
Earlier today, I wrote about the replicas and posted Tweets from the Comic-Con, but now there are official photos from Greg Nicotero on AMC and Mr. Nicotero posted on Instagram that it was his KNB EFX team that created the life size characters.
His team of artists truly is amazing! The work they do on the show to create the walkers is outstanding. The detail is unsurpassed. I’m not surprised to find out that they are behind these incredible creations.

Just look at the realism and detail. It’s extraordinary. I hope that the actors take photos tomorrow when they are there tomorrow for the panel with their KNB EFX doppelgangers.

We are so fortunate to have Nicotero and his team as part of The Walking Dead. It’s great that they were recognized by the Emmy Awards this year for Outstanding Prosthetic Makeup for their work on No Way Out.
