8) Nick’s conversation with Troy about losing their fathers is the first time he’s mentioned his father since discussing his past with Luciana in Season Two’s “Pablo And Jessica”.

9) In a display of just how strained their relationship was, Troy refers to Jeremiah by his last name.

10) In chiding Madison for having a “back channel” with Qaletaqa, Alicia displays just how perceptive she is, as she reveals in the next episode that she suspected her mother’s involvement in Jeremiah’s death, despite neither Madison nor Nick telling her.

11) Nick and Ofelia’s conversation seems like it may be replanting seeds for their friendship (Shown at times in Season Two) to pick back up.

12) Qaletaqa re-burying his grandfather puts him in something of a parallel with Madison, as it (Much like Madison giving Qaletaqa Jeremiah’s head) is a secret that could compromise his position with his people.

13) Assuming Jeremiah’s charts are the most recent ones (Presumably just before the outbreak) and his “Couple of months” line from “The Unveiling” is accurate, this episode should be taking place in November of 2010.

14) Terrance is the first member of either Broke Jaw or Black Hat to die since the alliance was formed. At this moment (Somewhat surprisingly, considering how tense things get in the following episode) he is the only one.
