Ann Mahoney will always be remembered as Olivia in The Walking Dead series. She was the one who delivered the slap heard ’round the fandom when she slapped Negan for making inappropriate remarks to her in season 7. She sadly met her demise at the hands of the Savior named Arat ( Elizabeth Ludlow). Since she departed from the series, Mahoney has been a busy woman; she recently appeared in an episode of the Disney+ series National Treasure: Edge of History.

This series is a spinoff of the National Treasure movies starring Nicolas Cage and Walking Dead actor Norman Reedus’ fiance Diane Kruger. National Treasure: Edge of History is a continuation of the stories from the films. Season 1 consists of seven episodes that air weekly beginning in Dec. 2022 and will see the season final on Feb. 8.

The series sees Justin Bartha and Harvey Keitel reprising their roles from films as Riley Poole and Peter Sadusky, respectively. The series also stars Lisette Olivera as Jess, who discovers her dead father is part of a secret network of treasure protectors, and Catherine Zeta-Jones as Billie, a black-market antiquities dealer.

The series also stars fellow Walking Dead actress Breeda Wool, who plays a character name Kacey who is one of Billie’s mercenaries.

Mahoney is well known for her roles in The Thing About Pam, Charming the Hearts of Men, Stolen in Plan Sight, and more.

Next, she will be seen with fellow Walking Dead actor Steve Coulter in We Have a Ghost, a Netflix original movie starring Anthony Mackie, David Harbour, and Jennifer Coolidge. This family comedy features a family who becomes overnight social media sensations when a ghost, Ernest, haunts their new home. The movie will release Feb. 24 on Netflix.

She recently unveiled a line of Gen X t-shirts in her ETSY shop GenXT.
