The Walking Dead: What Is ‘Self Help’ About?
By Josh Hill
This past week’s episode of The Walking Dead was intense, to say the least, but the story shifts to Abraham — who always promises intensity and then some.
The Walking Dead is nearing the midseason finale of the fifth season, which means we’re going to start seeing more and more happen with the various storylines that are dangling in from of us.

One storyline that we have yet to fully dig into is the mission to get Eugene to Oregon so he can figure out just what the heck happened and how it can all be fixed. According to the synopsis of the episode, the plot of the story this week is going to focus on Abraham and the mission to get Eugene to Oregon.
"A new set of issues confront our group while on a mission. Will they be able to push through and survive these challenges? Or better yet, each other?"
This doesn’t really gives us much meat to chew on all week, but the pickings are slim when it comes to trying to spoil The Walking Dead. Still, we can tell that the episode is going to be intense, and anyone who has seen the promo for this week knows what we will see could possibly change the series even more than it already has been.
