Dave Chappelle Wants To Be On The Walking Dead

There are many reasons to love funnyman Dave Chappelle. Whether it was his hit show “Chappelle’s Show”, his stand up routines, or movies like “Half Baked”, Dave Chappelle has made himself a household name. The comedian has done a lot with his life, like make millions of people laugh and help people in Africa and other parts of the world. However, there’s a couple more things that Dave Chappelle would like to cross off his list.

One of those things would be an appearance on The Walking Dead.

Chappelle is a fan of the show. He even admitted to binge watching the first two seasons on Netflix and rushing to get a photo with one of the stars of The Walking Dead, Norman Reedus, when he saw him at a hotel. While you’d expect the character Chappelle wants to be to be a funny one, the comedian has other things in mind.

Chappelle told the folks at GQ all about his plans in a recent article:

"“For one year, I want to do this thing where I guest-star on as many television shows as I possibly can. I love television. The fact that television ultimately made me famous was very gratifying for me.”"

He then went on to be a little more specific.

"“I’d be a zombie in The Walking Dead. A corpse on CSI. I’d be the first black guy to f*** Olivia Pope on Scandal.…”"

Sounds like Dave Chappelle either wants to be making love or dying. Which is a funny concept all in itself. While there is a chance that The Walking Dead will take Chappelle up on his offer, he may just have to remain a fan of the show just like the rest of us.
