The Walking Dead New Year’s Marathon Starts Tomorrow
By Josh Hill
The Walking Dead is nearing the premiere of the second half of Season 5, but to ring in the New Year, AMC is airing the entire collection of The Walking Dead from start to finish for those who want a bloody New Years fright.
It’s almost New Years, and when the calendar turns over to 2015, that means we’re just weeks away from the midseason premiere of The Walking Dead. AMC is going to get festive with it’s airings of The Walking Dead this New Year’s as the series is being given the marathon treatment as a way to say goodbye to 2014 and ring in the new year.

Starting at 8am ET on December 30th, AMC will begin airing back-to-back episode of The Walking Dead from the pilot episode in Season 1 to the midseason finale of Season 5 which just aired at the beginning of this month. The marathon will run through January 1st and end in the evening of January 2nd before AMC goes back to it’s regularly scheduled programming.
If you missed any part of The Walking Dead from the first season to the most recent episodes, then this marathon is the best way to get caught up without having to pay for streaming the show.
The four-day marathon is the prefect way to ring in the New Year and it’s going to be a great way to get a Walking Dead fix before the long haul final stretch to the midseason premiere begins.
