Walking Dead Cast and Bill Murray are Tonight’s Guests
Jimmy Kimmel is packing up his show and steering down the road to Austin, Texas for the week. As part of the 29th Annual South by Southwest (SXSW) festival, Kimmel will host from The Joe R. and Teresa Lozano Long Center for the Performing Arts. Tonight’s guests include The Walking Dead cast and actor/comedian Bill Murray. Musical guest The Weeknd will perform. Norman Reedus confirmed on Twitter that he will be part of the gig and enjoying his time at the SXSW Festival.
Jimmy Kimmel Live on ABC: Air Time
Tonight’s broadcast will air on ABC at 11:35 pm. The Walking Dead cast will likely be the second set of guests after actor Bill Murray. The renowned comedian known for hits Ghostbusters, Groundhog Day and Caddyshack, is billed as the first guest on ABC.com.
Previous Walking Dead Cast Appearances:
– Norman Reedus previously appeared on Jimmy Kimmel Live on October 2, 2014. Other guests included actress Ellen Pompeo and Disclosure featuring Mary J. Blige.
– Lauren Cohan was a guest on February 4, 2015 alongside actor Jeff Bridges. Cohan also appeared on the March 5, 2013 edition, with guests Zach Braff and The Sound City Players.
– Steven Yeun was a guest on Jimmy Kimmel Live on March 18, 2013. Yeun was alongside actress Jennifer Love Hewitt and singer Keyshia Cole.
– Jon Bernthal appeared on the October 8, 2014 edition. Other guests included actress Kyra Sedgwick and band Dirty Heads. Bernthal was also a guest during his run on The Walking Dead on November 10, 2011 with actress Kristen Stewart and Feist.
Attending a Jimmy Kimmel Live Taping
Each day a limited amount of tickets to the Jimmy Kimmel Live tapings will be made available to SXSW registrants. Wristbands are handed out on a first-come, first-serve basis daily from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM on the day’s taping, at the Long Center located at 701 W. Riverside Drive in Austin. All official SXSW badges are eligible to attend a taping. Tomorrow’s final taping includes musical guest Willie Nelson.
