Michael Cudlitz Greets Us From The Set of Season Six, Episode One of The Walking Dead! (Video, including non-US)

The actors and crew of The Walking Dead had just returned for the filming of Season Six when Michael Cudlitz decided to create an impromptu video for the fans. It’s the most exciting thing we’ve seen about Season Six since yesterday’s poster was revealed!
Before we look at what was said, we will look at what and whom we see in the Cudlitz show, as Danai called it. Lots of sweat from the heat. The characters we see include: Michonne, Tara, Maggie, Glenn, Rosita, Morgan, Abe, Deanna, Daryl and Sasha. Crew we recognize were Greg Nicotero and Denise Huth. Lots of equipment and props including ladders and shovels and pick axes. Mike and Danai hid out under a truck to escape the heat, which means there was a truck!
Sonequa let Mr. Cudlitz know she was hoping that we would find out more about these wolves. Lennie told Mr. Cudlitz that it was surreal to feel like he’d been here always when he really hasn’t been. It’s interesting to note that for Morgan’s character and for Lennie, these are mostly different people than he’s interacted with before. MIke let Mr. James know that his stick skills are impressive. Christian let us know how important the fans are.
Lauren and Danai focused on the family feeling of being back on set. Norman let us know he was happy to be back now that he laid a big, wet kiss on Danai! Danai was double lucky after receiving a nice cheek kiss from Mr. Cudlitz before he was called back to to set and bid us goodbye and promised us an amazing season and first episode for Season Six!
The Walking Dead is better than any other at being able to whip up excitement without revealing anything! They can smirk and say, “I don’t know” or “We’ll see,” or “It’s going to be unbelievable” and we’re hooked and pumped up! Scott Gimple promised us “loud and scary” for Season Six. Could he be more vague? Does it matter to us? No! Loud and scary equals us salivating!
