The Walking Dead Season 6 is finally here. Fans have been waiting for October for what seems like an eternity since Rick shot Pete and then heard his friend Morgan say his name.
Let’s take a look at what our readers think about what might happen in the premiere and how they think things might go in Alexandria at the start of season 6. Click here to see the exact results of the polls.
The readers were split pretty evenly about The Wolves. About half think we’ll see The Wolves in the premiere. The other half think we might have to wait at least one episode or more before these bad guys show up.
Only 3% of the readers were swayed by the trailers that seemed to want us to believe that Rick and Morgan might turn into enemies. The rest are pretty sure that the pals will stay on the same side with about half of the readers believing they’ll land somewhere in between allies and enemies, likely having some philosophical disagreements or at least having a lot to discuss when catching up on what they’ve experienced since they met and since they saw each other again in “Clear”.

The votes were similar about Daryl and Rick having a parting of ways in philosophy or even splitting up somehow from the compound. About half believe that something is going to cause a major disagreement between the “brothers”.
Only a few people think that Carol will be able to maintain her invisibility. About half think she’ll be able to stay hidden behind her floral sweater at least for the premiere, the others think she’ll be found out on Sunday.
Speaking of secrets, about 75% of the readers think Rick is finished keeping big secrets from Michonne. Unfortunately, for Michonne and Richonne shippers, about 75% also think that although Rick won’t keep secrets from Michonne and knows she’s with him, that Rick and Jessie are headed for romance.
Sasha and Gabriel were in bad places when we left them, but looked to have the possibility for peace coming. About 61% of readers think Sasha is on the path to healing, and the others think she still has a long way to go.

Gabriel is still not well off in the eyes of the fans. Almost half consider him to be a terrible, weak person. Almost half think he’s made a turn, but has a long, hard road ahead to have a chance at changing the audience’s opinion of him. A tiny 8% have joined me in thinking he has made a turn.
Heath is the character that fans are most excited about. I don’t know the comics so I am not excited about any characters yet, but I’m sure they will all be interesting, including Jesus whenever he shows up as well. It seems as though some of the lesser known characters from last season may even play bigger parts. Who knows? Olivia. Spencer. Francine. Maybe more.
There’s so much more to be excited about for season 6 and for the premiere. Walkers! Our family. What are they thinking? How are they doing? Is Tara awake? Just everything! Season 6 is finally here!
