With the holiday season approaching, AMC’s zombie survival drama The Walking Dead would like to wish viewers a happy holidays and a merry Christmas.

The holiday season is upon us. Many fans of AMC’s The Walking Dead will be hopefully getting and giving many gifts from our great Holiday Gift Guide at Undead Walking, but sometimes we need a little more.

While getting and giving gifts is great, the holidays should be more about people. Spending time with the people we care about, including our friends and family, should be the top priority. And that includes our The Walking Dead family.

Recently the cast of AMC’s zombie survival horror show took to social media to spread some good will to their viewers.  Here is that video from the official The Walking Dead Twitter account:

"Seasons eatings from #TWD! Share your holiday wishes with #TWDHoliday. Presented by @Surface. https://t.co/4zAH1nOOUP— The Walking Dead AMC (@WalkingDead_AMC) November 30, 2015"

The video features the following actors telling us about their favorite things and traditions during the holiday season. Here’s a quick rundown of what they said:

More from Undead Walking

Steven Yeun

likes watching a movie and falling asleep, but doesn’t remember any of them.

  • Norman Reedus enjoys the lights and sounds. He also gets duck from his favorite place in Chinatown.
  • Josh McDermitt eats too much food and drinks too much eggnog at parties. He also listens to the John Denver Christmas album and cuts down a tree. McDermitt also likes laying in the snow.
  • Danai Gurira loves the ornaments, but would rather have some warmth. She also dresses up her dog and has a big Christmas dinner.
  • Christian Serratos has lots of food and enjoys it delivered to her while she watches movies and drinks hot toddies.
  • Those five all thanked everyone for watching AMC’s The Walking Dead and supporting the show. The real bonus is Yeun’s talk at the end. He’s so charming and funny.

You can catch The Walking Dead when it returns from its season 6 midseason break on February 14, 2016.
