Danai Gurira and Corey Hawkins of The Walking Dead nominated for NAACP Image Awards

Danai Gurira and Corey Hawkins of The Walking Dead are nominated for NAACP Image Awards.
Danai is nominated as Outstanding Supporting Actress in a Drama Series for her work as Michonne on The Walking Dead and Corey is nominated as Outstanding Supporting Actor in a Motion Picture for his portrayal of Dr. Dre in the hip hop group NWA in the film Straight Outta Compton. Corey Hawkins currently plays Heath on The Walking Dead.
Friday, February 5, 2016 will mark the 47th annual NAACP Image Awards on TVOne hosted by Blackish star Anthony Anderson. The Awards begin at 9 with a Red Carpet at 8 est.
