The Walking Dead: Road To Survival adds Telltale characters
By Adam Carlson
The mobile game The Walking Dead: Road To Survival has added to characters from the Telltale Game, putting Lee and Clementine into the action for players.
As a fan of both The Walking Dead: A Telltale Game and The Walking Dead: Road To Survival, you probably don’t understand how excited I was to log in to the game and find a playable Lee character last night.
You see, I love both seasons and the ‘400 Days’ extra content of The Walking Dead: A Telltale Game. I’ve grown to adore the characters of Lee and Clementine and can’t wait for another installment of the game series. However, seeing the two characters in a game that I’ve recently become attached to is a pretty cool thing as well.
Road To Survival is based on The Walking Dead’s comic book series and features just about as many characters as you can imagine from the pages of those graphic novels. You assemble a team of survivors and complete missions and raid other groups to get supplies in order to improve your stronghold.
Now that you can play as Lee or Clementine, I’m even more hooked.
Here is the official statement from Skybound’s announcement email:
"“One of the things we love doing at Skybound is bringing our partners together and one of the coolest examples of building relationships like that launches TODAY! Our friends at Telltale Games and Scopely are teaming up to bring characters from Telltale’s The Walking Dead (including Clem, Lee, and Kenny) into The Walking Dead: Road to Survival! This limited time event begins today and will last through January 31st, with new appearances every week! “"
You can download The Walking Dead: Road To Survival on Android or Apple devices. Also, The Walking Dead: A Telltale Game is available on just about any platform you can imagine, and if you haven’t played those wonderful games, you should do so immediately.
