One of those individuals is AMC’s Angela Kang. She has been a part of The Walking Dead’s team since the beginning of season 2 as a story editor but continued to work her way up the chain, eventually becoming the a co-executive producer during her fourth year with the show.

Deadline recently announced that Kang has been given a two-year after UTA and The Shuman Company struck a deal with AMC to allow her continue with the show as the sole #2 co-executive producer. But she will not be devoted entirely to The Walking Dead. Angela Kang will also be tasked with creating and supervising other shows for AMC, as well as working on new projects for the network.
