The Walking Dead 613: The Same Boat promo teaser videos

Now that Rick’s group has met The Saviors on The Walking Dead and things went horribly wrong, what will happen in episode 613, titled ‘The Same Boat’?

Every have one of those days where nothing seems to go as planned? Well, that must be what it feels like to be a character on AMC’s hit zombie survival drama The Walking Dead.

The plan to get back one of the people from The Hilltop was a success, but in the process something bad happened. Not only were The Saviors alerted to the presence of Rick’s group, but two of their own were captured during the chaos, Maggie and Carol.

Thanks to AMC, fans won’t be going into episode 613 of The Walking Dead blindly. Two preview videos have been released helping give some fans some idea as to what they have to look forward to when their favorite survivors of the zombie apocalypse come back for a new episode titled “The Same Boat”.

The first teaser aired after The Walking Dead on Sunday and was part of The Walking Dead Story Sync. It was shared featured on the AMC YouTube account. Here is the first video preview:

The Saviors are watching Rick’s group with binoculars from a distance. They identify that Primo is trying to escape the compound on a motorcycle and was attacked by the invaders. Then, the conversation at the end of last week’s episode is played, only from the viewpoint of The Saviors instead of Rick’s group. When the woman tells Rick that they have Carol and Maggie, Rick tries to work out a deal to get them back, but the woman with the radio insists that the negotiations will go their way.

The second preview video was the one that was shown on Talking Dead. This one is a bit more of a glimpse into what to look forward to on next week’s episode. Here is that video from the official AMC YouTube account:

This video focuses more of the abduction of Carol and Maggie than the negotiations between The Saviors and Rick. It takes viewers back to the moment when the two ladies were discovered and held at gunpoint and tells the story of transporting them to their safe house. The female Savior leader has their hands duct taped and a bag put over their heads so they don’t know where they are going. It appears they are going to a factory of sorts, as the words “kill floor & raw processing” are written on the floor. The woman tells Carol “you’re wondering if there’s a way out of this. There isn’t. Not unless I say so.”

The Walking Dead episode 613 titled “The Same Boat” will air on Sunday, March 13, 2016 and will hopefully give fans some sort of resolution on the abduction of Carol and Maggie as well as give some insight into who The Saviors are and how they do things. Circle that date on your calendar, because it’s likely going to be a doozy!
