Last time we saw Daryl Dixon’s motorcycle on The Walking Dead, it was taken by Dwight. Now, he found his bike with The Saviors, but Dwight wasn’t there.

During The Walking Dead‘s sixth season, Daryl has been having a difficult time losing things. First, Dwight and Honey take his crossbow and motorcycle, then The Saviors try taking everything he has during a roadblock. Luckily for Daryl, he found his bike during episode 612, titled “Not Tomorrow Yet” but that brings up more questions than answers.

With The Saviors having Daryl’s bike, that means that there is a connection between Negan’s group and Dwight. Whether Dwight was captured and robbed or The Saviors were the people he was trying to escape from with Honey and Tina, that means that there has been at least some interaction between the motorcycle thief and Negan at some point.

Still, with all the changes being made during the attack on The Saviors for AMC’s The Walking Dead compared to the pages of the comic book series, it is very possible that the show won’t follow what happens from the source material. Instead, fans will be left wondering what is next since Dwight is ultimately a wild card at this point on The Walking Dead.

If Dwight, Honey, and Tina were running away from The Saviors, that might indicate that he could be a friend to Rick Grimes’ group in the fight against Negan’s men. If he felt he or those close to him were being mistreated, that is the kind of attitude that could make him a valuable guy to try to recruit to Alexandria’s side.

However, there is still a chance that he could be a foe, at least at first. Odds are that Daryl isn’t very pleased with Dwight and Honey about the theft of his motorcycle and crossbow and could react poorly if he sees him again. The Walking Dead essentially made Daryl to be another version of Dwight, so there is a possibility that AMC might see the character as redundant and kill him off in a shocking way to comic book fans.

Hopefully, fans will find out more about Dwight and how his character will work during “The Same Boat” airing on AMC on Sunday, March 13, 2016.
