Talking Dead Recap: Fear the Walking Dead Episode 203
By Susie Graham
Chris Jericho, Lorenzo James Henrie and surprise guest Michelle Ang from Flight 462 joined Chris Hardwick on the Talking Dead couch after tonight’s Fear the Walking Dead
Michelle Ang gave a great little recap of Flight 462 and what happened on board before the crash. Michelle talked about the prosthetic make up that Brendan had to wear for his burns–gross. They did the shooting where they shot Titanic and Michelle was adorable about her 15-year old self being thrilled about being where Leonardo DiCaprio was for that film.
Lorenzo Henrie talked quite a bit about how his character has received mix reactions from fans on social media. He hopes that people can look closer and see that Chris is young and has been through quite a bit with the divorce before the outbreak and then losing his mother. He believes that Chris has reasons for being the way he is.
Chris Jericho mentioned the interesting idea that Nick facing the zombie was like him facing himself because he used to be zombie-like as an addict and now he’s come alive without the drugs.
“Jericho vs. Strand!” Hardwick declared. Chris wants Travis to stop listening to Victor. He also thinks Victor isn’t telling the whole truth.

Chris Jericho really enjoyed making his fun and grand statements about the meaning behind things that happened such as Strand cutting the line to Chris being symbolic of him cutting ties with the old way of life and truly entering the new world of The Walking Dead. Michelle said her character couldn’t believe that salvation seemed right within her grasp and then it was stripped away.
The audience thinks we may see Alex again, but Jericho says no way. Jericho also said he hated Chris’ character until this episode, which was funny to watch with Lorenzo sitting right next to him.
We had the usual features, polls, behind the scenes interviews and information, a salute to those we lost, and tweets. The fan who stepped up to the mic received a raft!
This was the first talk show appearance ever for Lorenzo and Michelle. They both did a great job and looked very relaxed. Next week Mr. Victor Strand, Colman Domingo, will join Yvette Nicole Brown on Talking Dead for the 4th episode of season 2 .
