Last week on Fear the Walking Dead, Alicia’s “friend” Jack and his band of post apocalypse pirates finally caught up with the Abigail. We had a few technical difficulties with our poll, so hopefully you were able to vote for the episode’s rating and leave your thoughts. Read on to find out if there was a consensus.

Besides getting to finally meet Jack and his fellow hijackers, the highlight of last week’s episode was learning about Strand’s backstory. Up until then, he’d been something of a mystery. There’s still plenty we don’t know about him, but at least the pieces are beginning to fall into place. One thing we do know is, Strand is headed to Mexico – and so, therefore, are the rest of us.

As far as last week’s episode, 53% of voters gave it 4 stars, down from 69% last week. Of course, there were technical difficulties with our poll last week, so that may have effected our results. Still, the episode doesn’t appear to have been as popular as Ouroboros.

29% of our voters gave Blood in the Streets 3 stars, which is up slightly from 22% the week before. 8% gave last week’s episode 2 stars, and 10% gave it 1 star. Overall, our voters seemed to enjoy it.

Average Reader Rating: 3.25 stars out of 4

Here’s what some readers had to say about Blood in the Streets, aka “the Strand Flashback episode.”

Ricktatorship – 3 stars. This episode was good. Nick doing some Navy Seal type stuff in the beginning was a great way to start off the episode. Strand abandoning ship was a little greasy and finding out more about Strand and his past was a nice touch. My only complaint is the hostage situation was predictable. The survivors were going to come out on top. Can’t wait until next week!

Antis Blakr – Took awhile but I gotta admit, I am becoming a fan of Fear.

Karyn Kyle – The show is getting better – it took a while, but it’s finally happening. Nick has no problems getting infected blood in his pores. 🙂 Remember in the beginning when Rick and Glenn first did it, they had on long coats and masks and were careful not to get it on their skin? Those days are over.

Jacquelene Portillo – This episode was pretty good.
