By Adam Carlson
The dates for 2017 Comic-Con International have been announced, but when could the panel and season 8 trailer for AMC’s The Walking Dead panel be held.
It has only been a couple of days since The Walking Dead and Fear The Walking Dead held their Comic-Con International panels in San Diego, California and showed the trailers for the upcoming new episodes of the AMC zombie survival dramas. Still, fans can now circle their calendars or start planning to attend next year’s event.

With this announcement, it can be assumed that the panel for AMC’s hit shows The Walking Dead and Fear The Walking Dead, as well as the release of the trailers, will take place on either Friday, July 21st or Saturday, July 22.
Of those dates, It is most likely that both panels for the AMC shows will take place on July 21, 2017. However, if hoping to attend the event in-person live, it would be advised to be in San Diego for both Friday and Saturday.
Many big announcements have been made at past Comic-Cons including casting decisions, premiere dates, upcoming characters, new storylines, and more. For fans of anything The Walking Dead, this is literally like having Christmas in July.
