The Walking Dead Season 7 Trailer Fan Reaction Video
By Susie Graham
Once you’ve seen The Walking Dead season 7 trailer yourself, it’s fun to watch the reactions of others. Thanks to YouTube, we can do that now.
Last week we watched the trailer for season 7 of The Walking Dead and had our own reactions watching it. Some of us watched it more than once. Many of us then read breakdowns of the trailer online.
Some of us wrote our reactions to the trailer and read the reactions of others. Maybe we discussed the best parts and worst parts. Maybe we compared it to past trailers. The trailer brought us back to the woods where Negan introduced himself.
The trailer gave us new things to look forward to in the first half of the season. New places and people and even a tiger. What more can we do with this one trailer?
Well, with the internet, we now have reaction videos. People film themselves as they watch the trailer so we can watch them watch! Very meta! I love meta!

The video we have is a compilation of many people who have filmed their reactions. If you’ve seen some of these compilation videos before, you will recognize many of the same viewers. You will also remember that they don’t censor themselves as far as language is concerned.
(Warning: explicit language)
Even if you thought this wasn’t your favorite trailer for The Walking Dead, you may get a kick out of the reactions. The people filming themselves are talkers and they are big reactors.
You can tell which ones knew about the possibility of a tiger and which ones were completely taken by surprise when Shiva roared onto the screen.
It’s funny when several people thought that the trailer ended after the flashbacks and when people had forgotten about Tara and Heath.
Next: Best and worst parts of the trailer
The one guy with the light blue baseball cap is always very nonchalant and acts like nothing is going to get a big rise out of him. The other guy with the grey baseball cap gives a big reaction and gets nice and excited about things. There is also a nice variety of accents to remind us how popular The Walking Dead is world-wide.
Enjoy the fan reactions!
