Chris Hardwick and Lydia Hearst are now married. Yes, our Talking Dead host and therapist for all things The Walking Dead is a married man.

Talking Dead host Chris Hardwick, 44 and his bride Lydia Hearst, 31, were married yesterday in a ceremony in Pasadena, California in front of about 450 guests including Talking Dead favorite guests Nathan Fillion and Yvette Nicole Brown.

The bride wore pink and the groom wore deep navy. The event-planning was “mom-driven” according to Hardwick and Hearst on the red carpet a while ago.

We’ve been getting many lovely teases about the event on Instagram from Lydia and Chris with photos and captions since the engagement was announced.

To start it off last September we got this message:

"My biggest win of the night was actually @lydiahearst saying YES!!!! This ring belonged to her grandmother Catherine Hearst and @patriciahearst has graciously and wonderfully passed it down to me to give to Lydia. IT’S OFFICIAL!!! What an absolutely perfect and amazing night!! I love this woman with all my heart….#YesThisMeansWhatYouThinkItMeans"

We got previews of the gown and the tux with these adorable captions:

"“You are the best thing that has happened to this world, in my eyes,” Hearst wrote. “You are truly one of a kind @Hardwick. In exactly one month from now, I will be walking down the aisle, and we will be husband and wife. You are a constant source of inspiration and give me reason to strive for more of everything. With you, my heart has finally found a home, and my heart is forever yours. I just love EVERYTHING about you, and cannot wait to spend the rest of my life with you!!!”“I am truly blessed to have you in my life @hardwick. I love you, and I will never stop loving you. I cannot wait to marry you in one week,”"

And we got a glimpse into the rehearsal dinner from Chris:

Next: Chris Hardwick to host new game show

Congratulations to Chris and Lydia! We wish you every happiness from the Undead Walking family and The Walking Dead family. It will be fun to hear you say “my wife” now instead of “my fiancee”. Maybe Lydia will be a guest on Talking Dead sometime so we can get to know her a little better?
