A new poster teasing season 7 of the hit AMC zombie drama The Walking Dead reminds fans that ‘The Price Will Be Paid’ for messing with Negan and The Saviors.

With each passing day, the season 7 premiere of The Walking Dead on October 23, 2016 inches closer. The huge question on everyone’s mind is still the big cliffhanger, which left fans wondering what is next for Rick Grimes and the other survivors from Alexandria.

The wait has been long, but AMC has been working to get fans excited for new episodes of the series by releasing teasers and posters reminding fans what is on the line when the show returns .

Yesterday, another new tease was released. This one is a poster that was shared on Comicbook.com which shows the program’s protagonist in a vulnerable position with one message for fans.

Here is a look at that poster:

The poster of course reminds fans that the show returns in October, but the ominous message of ‘The price will be paid’ just serves as a warning to fans that there will be some loss and heartbreak when the program premieres with season 7.

While many other websites are looking into the placement of his hands, the spread of his fingers. or grouping of rocks in front of Rick, picking apart this poster for possible clues of what is ahead is a somewhat tedious task that will likely reveal nothing.

“For that… For that you gotta pay.”

Those words probably still echo through the heads of fans of AMC’s The Walking Dead. Negan doesn’t seem like a man to take threats like that lightly, either…so preparing for the worst case scenarios might be the best things for fans to do as the season 7 premiere approaches.

Next: Who did Negan kill? Check out the odds here!

While this poster is great, The Walking Dead needs no hyping. Fans will be tuning in no matter what on October 23, 2016 to see what happened with their favorite characters and hope that Rick and the group from Alexandria can find a way to overcome this situation while minimizing their losses.
