Travis and Chris Manawa are in a pickle during episode 213 of Fear The Walking Dead titled ‘Date of Death’ which will air on Sunday, September 25, 2016.

Only 3 episodes remain until the season 2 finale of AMC’s Fear The Walking Dead. That means that the storylines are going to continue to build up until they all reach a dramatic end during episode 215.

However, those stories to this point have been great, and the most compelling one of all might be the plot involving Travis Manawa and his son Chris as they are experiencing life in the zombie apocalypse while trying to remain sane and human.

Take a look at this scene titled ‘Kill or Be Killed’ from episode 213 of Fear The Walking Dead from the official AMC YouTube account:

Travis pulls Chris to the side to talk to him about what happened in the barn. He starts by telling him to clean the grease off his face first, but Chris immediately cops an attitude with his dad.

Reminding Chris that he killed a man in the barn, he points to the grave where Travis buried him. Chris says nothing, and continues drinking his soda as he walks. Travis is notably upset that his son is showing no remorse for his actions.

Finally, it all boils over for Travis. After a refreshing “aah” from Chris while drinking his soda, Travis slaps the can out of his hand and demands to know what is going on. More silence, but Travis continues to pressure him to find out what is going on in his head.

Chris finally speaks. He says the man shot his friend James. Travis stops him and says that those boys are NOT his friends and they are savages. Chris says that if they are savages, then he is one as well.

Travis pushes him to see if he has any feelings for what he’s done, but Chris states that this is how it is done now. He explains that there is no good, bad, right, or wrong anymore. He says it’s only us or them and kill or be killed.

Reminding Chris that they’ve known these people for two days, Travis is sad to hear that Chris appears to have lost touch with his human side.

Episode 213 titled ‘Date of Death’ should go a long way in explaining the relationship between Chris and Travis as well as give fans of Fear The Walking Dead a look into what is going on at La Colonia as well as the hotel where Madison, Alicia, and Strand are making their home.
