The Walking Dead: Road To Survival trolls fans with Negan promo

With excitement building for the season 7 premiere, The Walking Dead: Road To Survival has a new promo which may disturb some fans of certain characters.
The season 7 premiere of The Walking Dead has fans talking about Negan and who will die during the opening moments of the episode. The crushing loss is bound to have fans everywhere reaching for their tissues and sobbing uncontrollably.
Of course, these events have long passed in the comic book series, but that doesn’t mean that fans can’t relive that emotional issue either. However, hit mobile game The Walking Dead: Road To Survival has decided to take that to another level.
The popular mobile game reached 25 million downloads recently, but hopes to take advantage of the Negan hype with a new promotion to try to obtain a 5 star version of the leader of The Saviors.
But the way it is done is pretty morbid. First, players must obtain a 3 star version of Negan, but then collect certain items to power up the big baddie. Here is the collection of what is needed to take him to a 4* character:
Yes, gamers will need to collect 10,000 bloodied and beaten heads of Glenn Rhee along with 5 Maggie skulls that have met Lucille in order to bring their character up to the next rarity. If you thought that was extreme, take a look at what is needed to go from 4* to 5* after completing the first part:
TWENTY THOUSAND Rick Grimes skulls that have been beaten to a pulp, 10 dead Carl cranium, and one dead Michonne are needed to get the 5* Negan, which is the highest rarity currently available in the game.
That means 30,016 crushed skulls from our favorite survivors will be needed to get one of the best characters in the game. And just how are those skulls obtained? Well, you get those by killing opposing characters in raids against other players.
Next: Road To Survival reaches 25 million downloads!
Major kudos go out to Scopely and The Walking Dead: Road To Survival for this crazy promotion to give their players an opportunity to get one of the best characters in the game. Sadly, that means we’ll be seeing the demolished skulls of our favorite survivors on a regular basis to do so.
