The Kingdom

Kingdom is probably the community with the most to lose by joining the alliance against Negan. Right now the residents of Kingdom don’t even know about Negan and the Saviors.

King Ezekiel has made a deal with them to drop off food and supplies at a point outside Kingdom. No one from Kingdom has been killed by the Saviors. So Rick will have his work cut out for him convincing King Ezekiel to join the fight.

But Richard, one of the Kingdom’s best fighters, knows what a threat Negan is. And he knows that Negan won’t be satisfied with their arrangement forever. Richard could be a big help convincing Ezekiel Kingdom needs to join the alliance.

Morgan will be able to help guide Ezekiel and the Kingdom fighters to get them ready for battle. If Carol can be brought out of her isolation she will of course be a major asset. Hopefully Carol has finished battling her demons and will join the fight. Team Family needs her now more than ever.

Because the Saviors don’t go into the Kingdom it would make sense to hide Daryl inside Kingdom. If Negan or the Saviors find Daryl at Hilltop the alliance will lose one of their best fighters and the element of surprise.

Kingdom has a lot of resources that will help in the fight against the Saviors. They have some guns, and lots of other weapons. Also they have horses to form a cavalry of sorts. And they have plenty of food and essential supplies that they can share with the other communities. They have people who can be trained as fighters and medical care too.

King Ezekiel also has Shiva. Don’t underestimate the psychological impact of taking a tiger onto the battlefield. Not to mention the fact that Shiva could rip Saviors to shreds easily. Negan isn’t the only one who has a weapon that makes a statement.

The Kingdom’s contributions to the fight:

  • Morgan and Carol
  • Horses
  • Weapons
  • Fighters
  • Secrecy
  • Food and essential supplies
  • Shiva
