The road to all out war between The Saviors and the Survivors on The Walking Dead

“No Way Out”
In the 9th episode of Season 6 titled “No Way Out”, Daryl again sees the Saviors. He has met up with Abe and Sasha and they are all headed back to Alexandria when they run across a group of around eight Saviors blocking the road. They are ordered out of the vehicle.
The Saviors take their weapons and explain that their property is now Negan’s. That the first time Negan’s name is actually mentioned. Abe asks who Negan is but is almost killed for asking.
As the leader of the group gets ready to shoot Abe and Sasha the entire group is blown up by an RPG fired by Daryl from the back of the truck.
Daryl had been taken to the back of the truck by a Savior who wanted to go through their vehicle looking for anything they could take. What he found was that Daryl is a really efficient killer. So with the Savior dead Daryl launched a round at the others and blew them to pieces before Abe and Sasha got shot.
Aside from being the first time that Negan’s name was mentioned this was the first time that viewers got any clues about Negan’s operation.
From this scene fans found out that the Saviors usual method of doing business is to kill someone immediately for effect. Then they take whatever goods the person is carrying. And then they follow them back to their camp or community to see what else they can steal.
