Talking Dead guests for The Walking Dead 709 ‘Rock in the Road’
By Adam Carlson
Who will be joining Talking Dead host Chris Hardwick to discuss The Walking Dead season 7 midseason premiere titled ‘Rock in the Road’ on February 12, 2017?
It has been a long time since Chris Hardwick has taken his seat at the head of the table to host Talking Dead, but thanks to the midseason premiere of The Walking Dead on Sunday, February 12, 2017.
Considering the intensity that has been happening during season 7 of the AMC zombie survival drama, there should be plenty of great moments to discuss from episode 709 titled ‘Rock in the Road’ with the guests on Talking Dead.
Here are the individuals who are scheduled to be on the couch to talk about the season 7 midseason premiere according to the official AMC website. And judging by this lineup, even those who aren’t regular watchers of Talking Dead may want to considering tuning in to see this fantastic group:
Executive Producer Greg Nicotero
As the first announced guest for Talking Dead, Greg Nicotero alone would be enough reason to tune in to the show. Not only did he direct ‘Rock in the Road’, but he managed the special effects as an executive producer on the episode. He should have a lot of insight when it comes to the making of the midseason premiere.

Khary Payton
Known mostly for his strange way of speaking and massive tiger by his side, fans have learned to love Khary Payton‘s work as King Ezekiel, the leader of The Kingdom. For him to be on the show, it has to be believed that the show will involve Rick Grimes and the other survivors paying a visit to the king in episode 709.
DeAngelo Williams
On the surface, an NFL running back seems like an odd fit for Talking Dead. However, when that individual is superfan DeAngelo Williams, it makes total sense. Williams is one of the most charismatic players in the league, and his zombie themed wedding based on his love for The Walking Dead says it all about his passion for the program.

Talking Dead on Sunday, February 12, 2017 looks to be an amazing episode. And if The Walking Dead‘s midseason premiere can deliver a fantastic look into the zombie apocalypse, fans should be ready for a great return from AMC’s zombie block.
