14) Poor Fat Joey is the first Savior we’ve seen killed since Morgan killed Roman in “Last Day On Earth”.

15) It’s sort of a strange coincidence that Daryl should kill Fat Joey in essentially the same way Negan killed Abraham and Glenn.

16) Was The Savior Michonne found trying to flee? Why would she essentially tell Michonne to kill her if she planned on going back to Negan?

17) This episode gets its name from Aaron asking Rick “My Heart’s Still Beating, right?” after getting beat up by The Saviors. That question itself is a reference to the conversation the two had about having to live with The Savior’s terms earlier in the episode.

18) Spencer is the first member of The Group killed by Negan since Glenn and Abraham in “The Day Will Come When You Won’t Be”.

19) Spencer is also the first person to try to betray The Group (…Well, Rick, anyway) since Shane in “Better Angels”.
