One of the most important scenes from episode 711 of The Walking Dead involved Negan and Eugene. Here is that clip from ‘Hostiles and Calamities’.

Another episode of The Walking Dead is in the book and this time it focused on the events happening inside The Sanctuary where Negan and The Saviors dealt with the aftermath of Daryl’s escape and Fat Joey’s death.

One of the most important scenes from the episode came toward the end when Negan came to Eugene’s room and confronted him. In typical Negan fashion, he wanted to know where the newcomer stood when it came to his place in the community.

Here is the important scene involving Negan and Eugene as shared by the official YouTube channel of AMC:

In this clip, Negan is standing in Eugene’s room. The two are face-to-face and the leader of The Saviors is doing his best to intimidate the newcomer to The Sanctuary.

Eugene still had a look of fear in his eyes, but was no longer shaking as badly as he did during their previous meeting. The more confident version of the scientist stood by Negan and did not back down.

Negan walked past Eugene, with Lucille barely missing his face. Eugene closed the door behind Negan and was asked how he’s enjoying life in The Sanctuary. With the nickname ‘Doctor Smartypants’, Eugene walked toward Negan, who assure that fear was no longer necessary.

The biggest question of all came when Negan started to ask Eugene who he was. Before Negan could even finish the question, the reply came. Eugene gave his reply, stating that he is Negan and that he knew he was Negan all along, just needed the help to bring it out.
