#3. Would fans hear ‘Easy Street’ again?

Whenever an episode of AMC’s zombie survival drama focuses on The Sanctuary, fans start to wonder whether or not they will get to hear the song that drove them crazy earlier in the season: ‘Easy Street’.

The song by The Collapsable Hearts Club became famous among fans of the show, making it their alarms on their phones, ringtones, and an inside joke among the fandom that is both fun and awful at the same time.

‘Easy Street’ made a return in this week’s episode, but the connection to torture was no longer there. Instead, fans got to see Eugene bobbing his head to the beat of the song and actually enjoying it rather than dreading it.

This likely isn’t the last fans have heard from this song either. Odds are that it will return at least one more time as a great callback to these two episodes centered in The Sanctuary. AMC’s zombie survival drama does a great job with connecting music to feelings and locations, and ‘Easy Street’ is no exception.
