#5. How will Rick persuade Oceanside to join the fight?

Near the end of this week’s episode, Rick met up with Tara. While Rick wanted to know more about areas to search for supplies that haven’t been gone over with a fine toothed comb, Tara was out to talk about something else.

After a talk with herself in Judith’s presence, Tara decided it was in the best interest of both Alexandria and Oceanside to tell Rick about the community and break her promise to never divulge its location.

The arrival of the people from Alexandria will not likely be welcomed at Oceanside. Wanting to be secluded and live on their own, the community will likely see this as a huge threat and consider eliminating anyone who knows about their location as well as their situation.

Rick may have to be a lot more sensitive in his negotiations with Oceanside’s leader, Natania. Demands and ultimatums likely won’t be met with enthusiasm, so Alexandria will need to appeal to their situation and explain thoroughly what has happened with The Saviors, what they need, and how Oceanside can help.
