Cast members featured in The Walking Dead episode 7.13 “Bury Me Here” showed up for a viewing party with fans and talked about their characters.
Jayson Warner Smith, who plays Savior outpost leader Gavin, invited fans and cast to join him at The Ship and Anchor Pub for a viewing party of this week’s episode. What a night!
Several Savior actors were there mingling with fans and excited to reunite with fellow cast members. Jayson brought his on-screen Savior crew together for the event. Fans met Josh Mikel who plays Jared, along with Blaine Rincon, Dave Haun, Mike Konanec, and Todd Stubelt, all part of Gavin’s outpost.
Martinez, who plays Savior David, of Negan’s Sanctuary crew, was also on hand to enjoy the show and meet with fans, all while live tweeting the episode.
The Kingdom was also represented when Cooper Andrews and Logan Miller, who play Jerry and Benjamin, respectively, arrived at the pub to join the fun.
The Ship and Anchor Pub provided great service, delicious food, and enough television sets for everyone to have a clear view of a stellar episode of The Walking Dead.
Cast members were very generous about taking photos and visiting with fans. And despite some heartbreaking aspects of the episode, the party itself was very much a celebration of The Walking Dead family.
Read on for my exclusive Q&A with Logan, Cooper, Josh, Jayson, Martinez, and fan Jill.
