Jerry, the breakout star of The Walking Dead season 7, loves his cobbler. Here are some awesome cobbler recipes in honor of National Pi Day.

It’s National Pi Day. That’s a math joke, for those not in the know. Pi is 3.14, so March 14 is Pi Day. In honor of National Pi Day, many people celebrate with–what else–pie.

There is no one on The Walking Dead who loves pie more than Jerry, and we know Carol is a killer baker (see what I did there?) so why not celebrate National Pi Day with The Walking Dead family and a few tasty pie recipes.?

Most of these recipes are for cobbler, because that seems to be the official food of The Walking Dead’s seventh season. But we’ve added a few more for good measure. (Again with the puns)

Jerry has been a standout on The Walking Dead as King Ezekiel’s loyal right hand man. He’s always quick with a laugh or a smile, but his joviality shouldn’t be mistaken for weakness. He keeps Ezekiel’s court in order, and he might be one of the only people in the Kingdom who doesn’t seem to mind Shiva’s presence. They stand on either side of Ezekiel in the throne room.

Jerry brought a smashed up cobbler to Carol during one of Ezekiel’s visits, and in “Bury Me Here” Ezekiel had to pull Jerry away from his cobbler as they were leaving to meet the Saviors.

Pie and The Walking Dead sounds like a good time.
