25. Calvin Johnson

A number two pick in the 2007 NFL draft, Calvin Johnson would spend his entire career playing for the Detroit Lions. He’d only retire just last year, though it wasn’t for a lack of talent. Johnson wanted to do other things with his life, but if the situation were to call for his abilities, such as a zombie apocalypse, he would be absolutely valuable.

Because of Johnson’s wide array of different talents, teammates have given him a curious nickname. They call him “Megatron”, based on a character from the Transformers franchise. This is in reference to Johnson’s many skills he’s able to do, despite his large 6-foot-5 frame. That includes his strength, jumping ability, catching ability, and body control. It goes without saying that someone people call “Megatron” and mean it would be an awesome teammate to have.

On top of all that, Johnson had a good run on Dancing with the Stars. With such strong control of his movements, Johnson made it all the way to finishing in third place for the reality competition. If he can kill it at football and do complicated dance moves just as well, then evading zombies won’t be much of a problem for him.
