2. Wire Walker Takedown

This walker kill from the season 7 mid-season premiere “Rock In The Road” is one of the best in the entire series so far. In an epic and imaginative kill Rick and Michonne take out an entire herd by driving cars on opposite sides of the road at the same speed with a wire strung between them. The wire sliced the walkers into pieces and decimated the entire herd.

Something like this would require the circumstances to be exactly right in order to work. But of course Rick and Michonne were able to pull it off because they are totally in sync with one another. They had to get the herd out of the way as quickly and quietly as possible. They had just heard on the radio that The Saviors were headed to Alexandria to look for Daryl. They needed to be back in Alexandria before The Saviors got there. And in order to get there they had to clear the herd from the road.

So together they cleared it in an epic and brutal way that they can probably never duplicate. That puts the wire walker takedown at number 2 on the list of most brutal walker kills on The Walking Dead.
