#1. Who will be the new doctor at The Sanctuary?

Many fans were shocked several weeks ago when Dwight pinned the escape of Daryl and Sherry on Dr. Carson. Not only that, but the surprises continued when Negan threw The Saviors’ medical professional into the flames of the furnace.

Negan did say that they were lucky to have a replacement, but did not name who that would be. It turns out that The Saviors would be looking outside of their own building to fill the vacant position of doctor at The Sanctuary.

Simon and the rest of The Saviors arrived at The Hilltop with one goal on their mind: taking Harlan Carson away from their community and bringing him back to theirs. Making the situation even worse, Harlan would be replacing his recently deceased brother.

Now, The Hilltop is left without a medical professional. With Maggie pregnant and other members of the community needing regular help, the case of aspirin Simon brought with him won’t quite make up for a big loss like Harlan Carson.
