Interview with IronE Singleton of The Walking Dead at Walker Stalker Con
By Adam Carlson
Fans know IronE Singleton from his time on The Walking Dead as T-Dog, but since then he’s gone on to do some amazing things with music, writing and theater.
Walker Stalker Con is always a great time to meet some of your favorite actors from AMC’s hit zombie survival drama The Walking Dead. Among those in attendance are some of those actors who may no longer be on the show, including IronE Singleton.
Fans know Singleton from his character Theodore Douglas, better known as T-Dog. Despite being killed off from the show in season 3, IronE remains one of the busiest people at conventions. He always has long lines and smiling fans waiting for him.
Recently, at Walker Stalker Con Chicago 2017, IronE Singleton took some time to speak with Undead Walking about numerous things. Here is a video of that interview as shared on the YouTube account of Adam Carlson:
Of course, everyone wants to hear about Singleon’s time as T-Dog, but there is so much more to this man than just his character on The Walking Dead.

Numerous other topics came up during our talk, including his music career. His single titled “We Are The Walking Dead” is an anthem for more than just fans of the show or his character, but an uplifting message for everyone. Check out his music on his official website.
Also discussed was his time playing football in college with the Georgia Bulldogs, his role in the movie The Blind Side, and how the sport of football helped him in not only acting but his every day living.
Singleton is also a very positive man. He is very thankful for everything he has accomplished and tries to spread the message of hope to everyone he can. His theater show Blindsided by The Walking Dead and the book by the same name are great examples of how he reaches out to people in need.
