#1. How can Sasha get out of this situation?

It was revealed during ‘Something They Need’ that Sasha wasn’t killed during her assault on The Sanctuary and was instead captured by The Saviors and placed in the same cell used for Daryl and Dwight.

She tried misleading Eugene into getting a weapon to kill Negan with, but instead was given one of her pills made for Negan’s wives. Now, with no weapons, one of those pills, and no exit in sight, things are looking rough for her.

Negan has put an offer on the table for her to join his team. However, she will need to slowly earn his trust to take advantage of that situation. She doesn’t seem to have a patience to wait that long for another chance to kill him.

For now, Sasha’s situation is the biggest non-war plot on the show. Whether or not her life is in danger is directly related to the decisions she makes when confronted by Negan and his men, and her desire to kill him has her going a bit crazy.
