#2 – Everything is finite

All good things come to an end. Then again, even not so good things will likely come to an end as well, as humanity will eventually be wiped out by the undead in the world of The Walking Dead since everyone is infected.

WhatCulture sees this as a major issue. They see the characters attempts to survive through the zombie apocalypse as a ‘meaningless’ venture since they are all going to die and turn into a walker eventually.

This is the furthest thing from the truth and the most debatable thing on the entire list. Just because life comes to an end at some point, that doesn’t make it meaningless. In fact, it means fighting for every moment of survival should become a bigger priority and the same for looking after those you love.

The same can be said for humanity today, even with no walkers in the world. Is life meaningless because we’re going to die one day? If that is the thought process, then the people at WhatCulture are looking at life in a very grim way.
