Episode 4 of The Walking Dead: A New Frontier has a release date

Fans waiting for Episode 4 of The Walking Dead: A New Frontier from Telltale Games are in for a treat, as they won’t be waiting much longer.

The Walking Dead games from Telltale Games are always fantastic. That trend continued with A New Frontier, which has released 3 of the 5 Episodes in the story so far, leaving fans left to wonder what will happen next and when the new episode will be available.

Titled ‘Thicker Than Water’, Episode 4 of the game will be the follow-up to a character and story-driven installment which found the player making some tough decisions regarding who is important to them and where they believe safety is.

Gamers will be able to find out what will happen next much sooner than expected, as Telltale Games released the date for Episode 4 on their official Twitter account:

First of all, having ‘Thicker Than Water’ available in April is a great sign. Telltale Games have been busier than ever since they are handling more franchises than ever, adding Guardians of the Galaxy and other major properties to their stable.

Next, the art accompanying the announcement is a bit scary. Aside from the obvious photos of Clementine, Kate, and Javier, to the right is David with what appears to be a noose around his neck, and along the bottom Tripp looks to be escorted somewhere against his will.

Finally, the trailer for the episode will be revealed on April 20, 2017 to get fans excited for the release. This teaser should help to remind fans of the story to this point and keep the excitement levels high for what has been a fantastic game to this point.
