Pam Smith on Facebook: “Why does Negan wear a bandage-type wrap on his left wrist?”

To be honest, I had never noticed this wrap on Negan’s wrist when watching the show. However, upon watching several of his scenes again, it is pretty easily noticeable, especially under his jacket in the season 6 finale and season 7 premiere as well as during the spaghetti scene with Carl and Olivia.

When doing a little more research on Morgan, it is very difficult to find any photos of him with his wrist or forearm without something on it. He’s always got his watch or other accessories on, but in other photos he doesn’t seem to have the forearm wrapped.

In the question, Pam went on to wonder if it was due to a tattoo that needed to be covered up. He got a tattoo on his right forearm that says ‘bisou’ (his dog’s name which means “a little and sweet kiss”), but nothing obvious on the left side.

However, always wears a watch, even when swimming at the beach. It’s possible that the actor has some special feelings about the watch, especially since the outline of it can be seen in the picture above. But that is purely a guess, and something that would make a great question for the Morgan himself.
