Karen and David

As one of the most skeptical survivors wandering the apocalypse, Karen was always full of fire. She was easily riled-up, yet had a soft side. But as a member of Woodbury, she was curious as to what was behind the walls of the community.
Meanwhile, David was from the city and brought into the group at the prison. His boisterous behavior was on full display when he was working the fence, taunting the undead while Karen worked beside him.
When the flu hit, Karen and David’s first action was to make sure the kids were safe from the zombies. However, the two were sick. Tyreese had developed feelings for Karen, but no matter how much treatment they were given, they did not get better.
The bodies of Karen and David were found in the courtyard burned to a crisp. Tyreese took the deaths of the two very hard. Eventually, Carol admitted to the deed to Rick, even telling Tyreese directly later on.
