Caleb Subramanian

Better known to the people of the prison as Dr. S, Caleb Subramanian was first seen reading a book in the dining pavilion and greeting Daryl Dixon. He was a valuable survivor due to his medical background and specialized training.
He was one of the survivors who was able to escape cell block A during the walker invasion. Following that situation, he tended to some of the injured survivors, including a man with an amputated arm.
When Sasha started feeling ill, she went looking for Dr. S. She was disappointed to find out that Caleb himself became sick and was requiring treatment of his own from Hershel, who stepped up as the medical professional.
Despite his illness, Subramanian kept working. He made IVs for the other ill survivors and knew that it was the end for him. He even brought in some shotguns for those choosing to kill themselves. Eventually, he died of the flu and was finished off as a walker by Hershel.
