Julio Cesar Cedillo

Julio wasn’t known as one of the survivors at Woodbury, so it is possible he joined the group at the prison after the two groups merged. However, his skills as a mechanic made him valuable to the team.
Making his home in cell block C, he eventually gets moved to cell block A to be quarantined with the other survivors when the flu breaks out. He watches a fellow survivor die from the flu and freaks out quite a bit.
He outlasts the illness, and takes part in defending the prison. At one point, he is seen being handed a sniper rifle by Daryl and he flips a table over to use it as cover from the gunfire by The Governor’s people.
Julio took several shots, killing at least one member of the opposing forces before getting shot in the back while running for the safety of the bus. Had he not been there, the bullet may have hit Glenn or Maggie, who were very close to him when shot.
