All named character deaths from The Walking Dead season 4

Flame
- Played by: Chase
- Introduced: Episode 401 “30 Days Without An Accident”
- Died: Episode 408 “Too Far Gone”
Right away, Flame is introduced as being a beloved part of the team. Both Michonne and Rick showed the horse a lot of love, with Rick even being seen giving the horse a kiss when putting him in his pen.
Flame kept appearing every once in a while, most often with Michonne in the saddle. One time, she takes him out for a ride but immediately returns to the pen when gunshots are heard nearby their location.
The death of Flame wasn’t captured on-screen. However, it can be assumed that his death happened during the assault on the prison by the people from Woodbury and the RV camp near the prison.
The final time Flame was seen was in the field as walkers picked at the meat on the bones of the horse as a meal, confirming his fate.
