The Walking Dead’s Melissa McBride gets a wet birthday present from Norman Reedus
How do you celebrate the most badass woman from The Walking Dead on her birthday? Norman Reedus had a creative way to wish Melissa McBride a happy birthday.

Fun fact about the cast of The Walking Dead: There are no July birthdays. However, May 23 is Melissa McBride’s birthday and she received lots of warm wishes on her birthday, as well as a few wet wishes.
The TWD Family knows how tight the cast of The Walking Dead is, so it’s no surprise that McBride got more than a few well wishes from the cast on her birthday, but there’s one that really rises above the rest, and it’s from Norman Reedus. Reedus opted to lick McBride on the cheek as part of his birthday wishes. McBride, being the badass that she is, smiled in response.
Raise your hand if you’d like Norman Reedus to lick your cheek on your birthday. Anyone? (Yes, I’m kidding…I’m sure thousands of hands just shot into the air!)
It must be a lot of fun to celebrate a birthday while filming The Walking Dead. It’s like having a birthday during the school year, but instead of bringing cupcakes for the class, you get to hang out with the most awesome cast on television. That has to be so much fun.
Filming season 8 must also be more fun because the cast is together in ways they weren’t together in season 7, when everyone was divided up in their respective communities.
