Review: Fear The Walking Dead episode 301 ‘Eye of The Beholder’
By Adam Carlson
Overall impression of Fear 301
As a whole, the season 3 premiere of Fear The Walking Dead was quite entertaining, but it wasn’t nearly at all what I was expecting as a fan.
More from Undead Walking
- Walking Dead alum Jayson Warner Smith promotes new film, Chipper, watch it now
- Walking Dead actor Chandler Riggs filming new movie in Tampa Bay
- Why is there no season 12 of The Walking Dead?
- Will Morgan Jones find Rick Grimes in The Walking Dead: The Ones Who Live spinoff?
- Watch Tales of TWD actress Jillian Bell in Prime Video’s Candy Cane Lane
I was thinking there would be a lot more shown about what happened between this base and the people getting picked up. However, making that implied helped move the story along at a quicker pace and develop the characters more.
For fans who were complaining about the series moving too slowly or not featuring enough action or excitement, they should be more than pleased with episode 301 titled ‘Eye of the Beholder’ as it moved along quickly and efficiently.
This was the kind of episode the series needed in order to keep everything moving and maybe even draw in some new viewers if this was their first exposure to the series. Well done, AMC. Bravo!
