#1. Who are the people shooting at the border?

The cliffhanger from season 2 of Fear The Walking Dead involved a crossing at the border of the people from Luciana’s village and Nick Clark. When attempting to go into the United States, gunfire was there to greet them.

In fact, of the people at the border shot and wounded Luciana, sending Nick into a panic. However, he was not hit and was able to give himself up to the group rather than be wounded or killed.

It was revealed in this episode that it was a group of people at an army base that were doing the shooting. And some of those people were NOT, in fact, the kind of people you want to have as friends.

Still, Nick is living with the Otto family at the Broken Arrow Ranch despite strong feelings about their murderous son and initial unwillingness to help Luciana, who appeared to be on her last breaths of life.
