12) With his myriad questions about the nature of the infected — Whether their turning time is different based on size or race — Troy is the first person in Fear The Walking Dead so interested in such questions.
13) When Travis tells Troy that Luciana was dying (I was wondering when someone was going to mention that!), Troy replies “Everyone here dies”. Considering that his men would eventually try to kill Steven, Travis, Nick and Luciana, apparently, Troy was being literal.
14) What was Steven before the outbreak? His knowledge of the smuggler tunnels raises the question: Was he part of Colton’s group from Passage?
15) Interestingly, it seems that Troy and his men have figured out the infected camouflage trick, but through completely different means: Using corpses to ward infected away from the depot.
16) As Willy preps Travis to be killed, he asks if Travis had killed anyone since the outbreak started. Travis replies “No one who didn’t deserve it.” He’s referring, of course, to his brutal killing of Brandon and Derek in Season Two’s “Wrath”.
17) As Nick busts out of the sewer tunnels, he finds a large herd of infected waiting for him outside. How did they all get there? Washed down from somewhere else?
