#2. How will Madison attempt to protect her family?

Madison knows the people of the Broke Jaw Ranch don’t like her and her family. Not only did the hurt Troy, but their family was deemed responsible for the deaths of residents and they made a huge scene at the front gates when Luciana was denied entry.

Weirdly, Madison’s attempts to get on the good side of the Otto family were very hit or miss. She started out demanding help in the home of Jeremiah and even got on his bad side before realizing that she was doing more harm than good.

Finally, she watched the ‘TEOTWAKI’ infomercials and realized she needed to befriend Jeremiah, act like a mother to Troy, and start to volunteer for extra jobs in the community in order to gain their respect and trust.

There is no way of knowing whether or not that tactic will work or not, but at least it is keeping her and her family safe at the ranch where there is plenty of food, weapons, survivors, and other supplies to keep them alive for a long time.
